Well my Winalite crew, we are out of the shooting gates! When I started this and did a lot of homework on this venture, I thought we would get there through 4 phases. There are many increments within each phase however they can be classified easier under 4 main categories;
Phase 1-Getting people involved and signing them at any of the levels [Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum] on our journey from the beginning. We are well underway here as we have 20+ people and will be adding more shortly. Getting the word out is crucial to the level of success you wish to accomplish and there are a few of us that will help you reach that goal in all aspects of your new biz from using your ideas or expounding on ours!
Phase 2- in which we are in right now is getting everyone up to par on their computers and skills. This is taking longer than anticipated due to the level of skill many have or have not with computers. This is an easy one to overcome as I will be helping all of you along with some brilliant help from The Winalite Guys, Willster & Waynester and their fabulous vids, including "How to get around on the Winalite site" and your back-office to the technical sides of shipping {Cheapest way}, to websites, online banking, SECURITY and anything else you may need! Phase 2 will be reached when we make you all experts and able to show & help others. This will be an ongoing phase as is phase 1.
Phase 3- Is using other mediums besides 1 on 1, face to face, family and friends, such as business on the internet. We are already testing the waters here and have several sites up such as www.TheWinaliteGuys.com and http://www.stiffroot.com/ and there are more in the fire. We are like a family and all of you are in it. This family is going to get bigger as in this phase we are prodding people in other countries and getting the videos made in other languages, such as German, Thai, French and Spanish and I am sure more will follow quickly.
Phase 4-Getting these up and exposed to the rest of the world will be the beginning of the final phase. I have a great friend in England [Andy Fisher] and they run a worldwide social networking site like facebook, however this is NOT for kids. It is for adults and international networking focused on all aspects of business. This site is also a work in progress but already has over 1/2 million people. You see the world is getting smaller everyday and markets are opening up to more people from any corner of it. It is always good to get in at or near the top and it WON'T wait for you. Wall St. nor your governments are looking out for your best interests, they want your money. You have to do it yourself. I am just helping anyone interested in putting in some time and effort for your own futures. Just know that it won't just happen in your own back yard anymore you need to get out and share your wares. I am merely giving/showing you some of the best tools to get started with!
