Obama's problems are now ours!

 Well if we weren't in trouble before we most definitely have a lot coming down the pipeline. Well besides the healthcare debacle the government is standing by its pledge to close Gitmo. Whatever made them decide to bring the detainee's here for trial instead of leaving them there for a military trial or turning them over to the Hague and letting the world court take responsibility is beyond me. First off, these people were NOT caught on American soil.  They were caught abroad or on the battlefield. As you know they MUST be proven guilty BEYOND the shadow of a doubt or go free! This means we have to produce PROOF, which we have very little of, because NO other countries will provide anything and the confessions and statements obtained by us are NOT admissable in our criminal courts as the defence will argue they were taken under duress/torture. Combine that with the onslaught of appeals because;
1]They cannot get a fair trial in N.Y. or anywhere in the States,
2]There is far too many loopholes and technicalities in the law,
3]Most of our evidence will be thrown out.
4]Not even this gov. will be willing to present evidence at the expense of revealing security secrets!
5]Can you immagine the safeguards that have to be put in place to protect the jurors, attorney's and judges....for LIFE! Hundreds more millions!
6]The aclu and leftwing lawyers will make this circus against Bush & the CIA and not the terrorists!
 This is not to mention the hundreds of millions in tax payers dollars to prosecute AND defend these scum but if they do get off they will literally be moving in to a mosque near you. Most cannot go back to their own countries to suffer some REAL torture so they will seek asylum here, which WILL be granted. Who is the gov. representing here? It is certainly not the wish of its constituents. The Feds screw up 99% of the things they promise will be done.
 Case in point; Obama said if we did not pass the $1 trillion bail out package by a certain date the unemployment rate would soon go above 8%! Well it passed and now we are at 10.4% and climbing. Not 1 job has been created.
 $3/4 of a trillion+ in TARP funds to save the banks and now CIT just went belly-up [the biggest lender to small/medium business' in the country] and at least 100 more will go within a year. This corporate welfare program has NEVER worked and most of the alotted TARP funds sit idle, not used, collecting dust, but anyone that put money into Obama's election box has been helped. Conflict of interest maybe?
 ACORN is now sueing the gov. for re-instatement of funds they have received [stolen] in the past and will probably get them. By the way, California's attorney general who just happens to be running for Govenor next election, who's job it is to PROSECUTE criminal entities like ACORN was just taped telling a group of top ACORNers, not to worry, he won't find anything worth prosecuting as those obvious vids might have been taken illegally, as they weren't notified of the taping!  Gotta to luv those dems!
 The last rant today is over this unilateral decision over "cap & trade". This was a disasterous decision before it even got out of the box! Listen up tree-huggers, I hope you don't mind picking up the tab for the rest of us when Cap & Trade passes because everyone that uses natural gas in this country should expect their bills to rise by 70% and our electric bills will almost double, up by 90%! Thx so much OBAMA for worrying about all the people ALREADY barely making ends meet. Along with the tax hikes you are trying to pass and not taking into consideration the INFLATION that is on its way because you keep PRINTING money at will,  you have definitely left your mark in American Presidential History!
