Fixing our Healthcare? Simple, read this!

Well folks we are awaiting the big Congressional vote. Even if it passes here, it won'y get thru the Senate as they have their OWN Bill! So tonights victory will be short lived. Its Pelosi's 15 hrs.of historic fame as she will not even get the vote to run her own Community Watch group if she was dumb enough to run for anything else! A prime example of CBBS or Californian Baked Brain Syndrome and it is painfully apparent as she is a huge embarrassment to our whole country!
 A few simple steps, less than .1% of Pelosi's 1.2 Trillion and thats only to change a couple of laws.
1} First of all,most people don't know that the Insurance companies are EXEMPT from anti-trust laws! This allows Monopolies and Oligopolies basically. Even the mention of ending this exemption, and you will see their special interest lobbyists coming out of the woodwork! It has to be done.
2} We have heard a lot about salary caps lately, well here is 1 that will make 95% of the population agree on. As we all know the cost of malpractice insurance for our Docs is beyond outragious and much of this is due to the hourly rate the attorneys on both sides collect. They have NO interest in any settlement whether they win or not as long as they get their fee! Put a salary cap on the attorneys on BOTH sides and then they will actually get down to business, court room theatrics will stop and there will be no need to ask for ludicris settlements when they won't be getting a percentage!
3} Allow Insurance companies to work in all 50 states! Thats the only fair way to seriously introduce true competition. Along with #1, the anti-trust laws gone, price-fixing has now become a crime and they will think twice before trying that ANYMORE! 
4} Cut all benefits for illegal immigrants, abolish the "anchor baby law" like every other country in the world and adopt Mexicos immigration laws and this country will be back on track in no time!
5} Allow Americans to buy there medications from Canada! That will bring the big pharma's back to the table in a heartbeat and their system is much safer than our FDA!
